I had a very enjoyable and interesting experience placement at Royal Mail, for two weeks in 2003. My duties included filing, inputting data into the computer and answering the telephone and sorting out letters such as mail and parcels.

I had a very good experience, which was new for me to work in an Internet café. This helped me regain very good customer service, which helped me in all areas and varieties of work.
